Stormont Watch 29th Jan), or perhaps you aren't aware that France is technically "abroad". His daughter studied (alongside me) at L'Universite de Franche-Comte for an MPhil, and later at the Grande Ecole HEC, Paris (which those with a little knowledge of French culture will know is a "rather fine institution" and "abroad").
