On Tuesday legislation continues to pass through the house at pace as both the Employment Bill, and the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill will reach their second stage and the Budget (No.2) Bill will have its final stage. The Minister for Finance and Personnel will seek assembly approval for the Draft Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009 before taking oral questions dominated by party colleagues seeking updates on the performance of the various units within his department.
The Agriculture committee can never be accused of being workshy with a typically packed agenda covering dangerous dogs, electronically tagged sheep, eggs and chicks, Forest Carbon Projects, Fisheries Forum, Farm Modernisation, and Products of Animal Origin (Disease Controls).
