Environment Minister Edwin Poots gets things underway today bringing the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill to its Consideration Stage.

Finance and Personnel Minister Nigel Dodds will be at the Dispatch Box before the Assembly Commission face their periodic grilling on housekeeping issues on the hill.

Private Members Business sees a SF motion calling on the Health Minister to introduce services to help those undergoing treatment for cancer access quality, on-site financial aid and advice services to help them cope with unexpected changes in financial circumstances.

The DUP then have tabled a motion recognising the efforts of faith-based groups in providing services to ‘hard-to-reach’ communities and calls on the Minister for Social Development to commission a study to quantify their contribution. 

Business is concluded with an adjournment debate on the withdrawal of the Easibus Service for the elderly and disabled in Bangor tabled by DUP North Down MLA Alex Easton.
