Business on the hill this week kicks off with question time for OFMDFM and Environment.
DOE Minister Edwin Poots can stay in the chamber as he may want to respond to his man-marking committee as they propose a motion seeking the House’s endorsement of their report into Climate Change. Perhaps some of the plethora of NGO’s and global research institutes will avert their gaze from Copenhagen long enough to see what new light the NI Environment Committee can throw on the situation?
If they do they might be lucky enough to catch matters of the day rounded off by a SF motion calling on the Employment and Learning Minister to tackle the potential ‘lost generation’ the 20% of 16-24 year olds classed as ‘not in education, employment or training’.
