Luckily for me I traded in GBP4,000 back in December 2008 and I don't have to worry about the currency rate now! I still go shopping in Asda Enniskillen every 5 weeks because it's 40% cheaper than my local Tesco and 60% cheaper than my local supermarkets. Retailers in the 26 counties are greedy and they think they can charge you over the odds, without any consequences. They refuse to lower their prices until they are forced to. I would like to say thank you to Asda Enniskillen for their competitive advantage over the rip-off supermarkets down here. Long Live Cross Border Shopping.
