The determination on the parade specifically states that no paramilitary displays or emblems are included in the parade; the ensure that the parade finishes promptly; that there are no undue stoppages and that the Commission ‘Code of Conduct’ is adhered to.
The determination on the protest limits the number on protest to 130, including marshalls. The protest organizer had notified for 200 protestors.
